Located just 10 miles north of downtown, Crestview is bordered by Burnet Road, Anderson Lane, Lamar Boulevard and Justin Lane. This charming neighborhood has a relaxed, low-key vibe with a strong sense of community.  

Crestview blends charming older homes built in the 1950s with remodeled original structures and new construction homes. Many Crestview homeowners are long-time residents but young professionals and families are attracted to this area as well. Homes here are typically smaller than surrounding areas and give homebuyers the opportunity to purchase a centrally located home at a more affordable price. 

Neighboring Allandale is located with the boundaries of MoPac, Anderson Lane, Burnet Road, and 45th Street. Allandale is a delightful neighborhood with spacious lots, excellent schools and lots of charm.  

Most homes in Allandale were built in the 1950s and are typically mid-century or cottage style homes. You will find both fixer-uppers and completely remodeled homes here which tend to be more affordable than those in surrounding North Central Austin neighborhoods but with the same safe, suburban, family-friend environment. Many homeowners have been in the area for decades but young couples, families and empty nesters also call Allandale home. 

The school system for these neighborhoods is A+ with students attending Lamar Middle School and McCallum High School which both offer Fine Arts programs.
