Address is 3105 Menchaca. This is the address we've been using for 14 years. Each side is a 2-1 duplex style unit and suite C is a converted garage with 1/2 bath. The unit has a small backyard that is accessible through suites B & C. W/D is in Unit A. Unit B & C have a gas hot water heater. The gas in unit A is not currently connected and the hot water heater is not working. Units can be turned into one large unit. Unit B & C were once one large real estate office. Unit A is currently a small real estate office. Both units A & B still have rooms (the original bedrooms) but the walls can be torn down to turned them into one large unit. Both units still have kitchens. Unit A does not have a stove or dishwasher. There are 6 to maybe 7 parking spaces and street parking is available on Glen Allen. Room for 2 nice signs out by the street and 2 or 3 signs on the building. Please do not knock on the doors. Suite A has just been painted and I'll upload a new picture soon.
